We suggest that you allow a little flexibility in the dates you want to go on your Volcano tour or other Vanuatu Adventure or Sightseeing tour to allow for poor weather on the ideal day you want to fly.

In line with cost increase in the Vanuatu Tourism Industry, we review our pricing structure every six months. This means that if you want to take advantage of our current prices, the time to make you booking is now - even if you aren't planning to travel to Vanuatu for some time.

Booking well in advance also reduces the likelihood of you missing out. Different times of the year are naturally busier than others and once a flight is full on a particular day, the only option left is to fly another day.

P & O PASSENGERS

It is common for passengers coming to Vanuatu for the day on a P & O Cruise or with some other cruise line to go on the Yasur Volcano Day Tour. We can arrange pickup at the Port Vila wharf and re-delivery later that same day in time for you to reboard the vessel before departing Port Vila.

TERMS: -

While we do charge a 5.5% surcharge if paying by credit card (due to the high processing fees levied by the banks here in Vanuatu), we are more than happy for you to simply provide your credit card details as a Guarantee and leave you to make full payment in cash once you have arrived in Port Vila.

However, please be aware that the following Cancellation fees applies:-

within 4 days.............100%
within 2 weeks..........75%
and 2 weeks before..............50%"
